Luxembourg Visa Requirement For Pakistani Passport Holders & Citizens:
Because of its colorful and beautiful culture, Luxembourg is a popular destination for Pakistani tourists.
A Schengen visa is a visa that allows you to enter the European Union (i.e. A Schengen visa (i.e., short-term visa) can be applied for for a stay of not more than 90 days within any 180-day period. You can travel freely between 26 countries with the schengen visa once you have entered any Schengen country.
These 26 Schengen countries include: Austria, Belgium Czech Republic, Denmark Estonia, Finland France, Germany Greece, Hungary, Iceland Latvia, Liechtenstein. Lithuania, Luxembourg. Malta, Netherlands Norway, Poland Portugal, Slovakia Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland.

Luxembourg Tourist Visa From Pakistan Requirements
- Application form for short-stay visa. For minors, both parents must sign the form.
- Two (2) recent photos of the applicant. Please see the specifications for photograph here
- A passport or another recognised travel document that is valid for at most three months after the expiry date for the visa application. The document must contain at least two blank pages. If you have any previous passports, please bring them along and attach copies of the application on A4-sized paper.
- Photocopy of your national ID Card
- A supporting document must be provided by third-country nationals who are residing in Pakistan to attest to their legality and the permissible duration of their stay.
- Original and photocopy of the Family Registration Certificate issued to NADRA in English (or with certified translation if Urdu).
- A written consent from both parents is required for minors (under 18) who are travelling with one parent.
- Original signed letter from the applicant’s employer/company stating name, title, salary, length of employment, address and contact number of the employer, and purpose and duration for the visit to Schengen states. Original signed letter from the school/college/university if the applicant is a student.
- Documents supporting personal income
Original bank statements from the past six months
National Tax Number Certificate for the past two years (NTN) and proof of income tax payments (FBR).
The last three salary slips - Accommodation proof (confirmed Hotel Reservation, Rent Agreement clearly stating your name and rental period dates, as well as the accommodation address) for the entire travel period. You can see the possibility of a waiver of hotel reservation (in Luxembourg only).
- Copy of the flight booking(s)
- Attach a detailed itinerary if the trip is a packaged tour.
- Original and copy of a travel insurance policy for medical purposes not to exceed 30,000 euros. The policy must include coverage for medical and hospitalisation expenses during the entire stay on Schengen territory. It also covers repatriation costs. Check the Schengen partners in Islamabad for a list of approved insurance companies in Pakistan.
The Embassy reserves the right to request additional documents.
Original documents that are not required will be returned along with the passport, but only if requested copies are made by the applicant
Luxembourg Business Visa for Pakistan
- Application form for short-stay visa duly completed and signed by applicant
- Two (2) recent photos of the applicant. Please see the specifications for photograph here

Chamber of Commerce recommends business visa - A letter of invitation from the Luxembourg-based private or public organization, containing the applicant’s name and the dates.
- Proofs of commercial relationships with Luxembourg (paid invoices and pro-forma invoices as well as bills of lading and bills of lading)
- Confirmed hotel reservation. Check out the possibility of a waiver of hotel reservations (only in Luxembourg)
