Job Title: Senior Associate

Department: Global Markets Operations – Client Onboarding

Business Line / Function: Client Onboarding.

Position Purpose: The primary focus to oversee the client onboarding journey, act as the point of contact for any onboarding related matters, and to coordinate all internal processes with involved teams and department

Handhold the client throughout onboarding processes (such as KYC, Tax, Regulatory, Credit, product enablement requirements, etc)

Collection of all onboarding documentation from clients

Pre-empt onboarding process for any blocks and/or add-on work, and escalate as necessary.

Ensure client needs are known and understood by all teams involved, such as Data & Doc Gap Analysis, KYC Analysis, Screening, Referential, Legal, Credit, Electronic Platform support, etc.

Skills and competencies:

Ability to analyze, organize and report efficiently. 

Flexibility on working methods and changing international environment.

Rigorous and reactive in order to face pressure and reach excellence anytime

Diligently follow the set procedures and Compliance policies

Knowledge of financial markets and products, and easiness/expertise in dealing with Excel.

English speaker

Experience Required:  Minimum 5 years of experience in any of the following areas preferred: Client Onboarding, KYC /AML new account onboarding, Recertification / QDD specialist, KYC Advisory, Compliance, and Financial Markets Regulator.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

General understanding of relevant legal agreements (ISDA/CSA, GMRA, MSFTA, Side Letters, NDA’s, ETSA, and Options Agreements etc.) is a plus.

Knowledge of PUMA, SWIFT,FEBUS is a plus

Education Level : Masters / Bachelors Degree .

Experience Level :  5-10 Years  Max      

Contract Duration- 6 months Extendable

30% Max Hike on current ctc

Notice Period- Immediate to 15 Days Preferred.

Transport – Cab facility during odd hours (When Public transport is unavailable)
